We are currently hiring a dedicated and hardworking Machine Operator to support our daily production operations. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our machinery runs smoothly and our daily production targets are met. We are looking for a reliable team player who thrives in an active, fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in a job well done.\nJob Duties:\nSafely setting up, calibrating, and operating production machinery according to standard operating procedures.\nClosely monitoring equipment during operation to ensure high product quality, consistency, and a continuous workflow.\nConducting routine quality checks and performing basic troubleshooting to resolve minor mechanical adjustments or issues.\nFeeding raw materials into production machines and carefully handling finished products for the next stage of processing.\nCollaborating seamlessly with your team to hit daily operational goals and production deadlines.\nUpholding all company safety guidelines, utilizing proper PPE, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.\nPreferred Experience:\nPrevious experience working as a Machine Operator, Assembly Technician, or in a manufacturing/production environment is a major plus.\nPrior experience with production machinery or basic mechanical hand tools is highly preferred, but we are willing to train.\nA strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, precise work.\nSolid communication skills with the ability to easily follow written blueprints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and verbal directions.\nDependable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance.\nThe physical capability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.\nBenefits and Pay:\nPay range of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.\nPerformance-based bonuses available for outstanding employees.\nCompetitive medical and dental insurance plans.\n401(k) Retirement Plan options.\nPaid Holidays.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday – Friday (No weekend shifts required)\n7:00am - 3:30pm\nFlowly Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
