Inspector","description":"The Quality Inspector performs product inspections with magnified visual tools and\nmechanical measuring devices to ensure product conformance to requirements.\nInspector will review technical data packages (e.g. assembly instructions, engineering\ndrawings, schematics, bills of material, specifications, etc.) to:\nVerify and resolve product configuration issues.\nIdentify and assign rework actions necessary.\nConduct Product Acceptance verification for work-in-process and final approval\nLog reports and findings (defects) necessary to ensure accuracy of all Quality\nrecords for traceability.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum of 3-5 years recent relevant hands-on experience\nBasic understanding of ESD and clean room requirements per ISO standards.\nFamiliarity with basic shop fabrication and assembly tools\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and very tight timelines.\nProficient with Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio.\nAcceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordination\nAbility to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all company departments and customers.\nKnowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, MRP, KanBan, and Just-in-Time (JIT).\nKnowledge of mechanical drawings and Electrical schematics.\nKnowledge or experience in product prototype or high-volume production builds and working with technicians/assemblers.\nKnowledge or experience in creating work instructions, rework process, and developing production intent processes.\nAbility to work independently and manage several challenging projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.\nAlways maintains a positive and proactive attitude.\nKnowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to this includes:\nTroubleshooting circuit\nInspection of PCBA per IPC 610 standards\nRemove and apply conformal coating.\nCut trace, solder components, and add jumper wires per DCN.\nBCPA fabricating process from making of bare board to board population.\nPhysical Demands\nEmployee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, reach with hand
