This is a hybrid role combining project coordination, construction billing, and office administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with project teams, vendors, and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment. What You'll Be Doing Support Project Managers with project coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operationsProcess and prepare invoices, billing documentation, and purchase ordersTrack project billing, job costs, and financial recordsCoordinate with project teams regarding project updates, timelines, and documentationMaintain and organize project files, contracts, COIs, and compliance documentsAssist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesServe as a point of contact between office staff, field teams, vendors, and clientsAssist with scheduling, communication, and general office operationsSupport leadership with administrative and project-related tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, billing, or office administrationStrong understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and construction documentationAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong communication skills and professional presenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Ability to multitask and support multiple projectsPreferred Qualifications Experience in the construction or contractor industryFamiliarity with Procore, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar systemsExperience with COIs, lien releases, or project documentationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Construction ManagementBilingual is a plusAdditional Requirements Background check requiredDrug screen requiredzr
