Outside Sales Associate - Phoenix, AZ (covering Arizona, New Mexico, Las Vegas, and SoCal) Full-Time | Regular | Sales Salary: $65,000 annually Additional Compensation: $1,500/month MBO first 9 months + Monthly car allowance POSITION SUMMARY The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned healthcare territory. This role focuses on engaging physicians, clinical teams, and administrative decision-makers while delivering exceptional service, education, and field support. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed performance goalsIdentify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across the regionDeliver professional presentations and product education sessions to healthcare professionalsSupport contract discussions and help advance opportunities through the full sales cycleBuild and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and private practicesProvide ongoing support, training, and education to end usersRespond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedbackMonitor competitive activity, market shifts, and industry trendsTrack and analyze sales activity to inform strategic recommendationsMaintain accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and CRM documentationUphold compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policiesCollaborate closely with regional leadership and field partners QUALIFICATIONS ExperienceOutside sales experience requiredHealthcare sales experience preferredStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals EducationAssociate degree with relevant experience requiredBachelor's degree preferred Skills & CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a multi-state or regional territoryProficiency with CRM systems and standard business softwareUnderstanding of healthcare environments, clinical workflows, or medical technologiesValid driver's license and ability to travel regularlyFlexibility to work occasional off-hours as needed TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT TravelFrequent travel to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory Work Environment & Physical DemandsRoutine visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical officesAbility to lift and transport samples or medium-sized boxes as required for field support
