The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\n* Leads other engineers in the design of individual tools and machines including acting as the lead on some projects\n* Evaluates the progress and results of projects they lead\n* Owns the project level goals involving multiple engineers and helps to break down ambiguous tasks into smaller units, establishing clear milestones for progress measurement\n* Mentor Engineer I, II, and IIIs with their projects coaching them through complex issues and problems\n* Provide technical leadership bringing design concepts to production solutions as the subject matter expert in their area\n* Supports department goals by designing test plans and performing testing\n* Provides advanced production line support\n* Develops product specifications for company Engineering product ideas\n* Works with vendors to ensure accurate component specifications and dimensional requirements are met upon receipt\n* Supports new production development reporting on work completed at department, new product, and stage gate meetings\n* Transforms initial rough product designs into working production ready documents\n* Updates released production documentation utilizing documented change processes\n* Develop Bill of Materials that will be entered into business system using ECM Process\n* Responsible for interviews, selection, onboarding, time approval, time off calendar management, performance reviews, and addressing performance concerns of up to two direct reports\n* Other duties as assigned including training others on known processes\n\n*What You Will Bring:*\n\n*Required:*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering\n* 8 years of progressively demanding experience in new product design\n* Understanding of the new product development process\n* Ability to effectively communicate technical information to an audience in a presentation setting\n* Knowledge of lean principles\n* 3D CAD Knowledge\n* Electrical: Experience with low voltage printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)\n* Electrical: Experience with circuit design\n* Electrical: Experience with electronic design automation software\n* Proficiency in reading and writing in English\n* Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently\n* Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\n* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\n*Preferred:*\n\n* Infor ERP experience\n* EPA 608 Certification\n* SolidWorks experience\n* DBWorks or Enterprise PDM experience\n* Electrical: Experience with electronic design automation software library setup\n* Electrical: Design experience using Bluetooth communication\n* Electrical: HVAC Sensor experience e.g. pressure, temperature, etc.\n\n#Electrical\\_Engineering #PCBA #Circuit\\_Design #EDA #New\\_Product\\_Development #Low\\_Voltage\\_Electronics #Product\\_Design #3D\\_CAD #SolidWorks #Product\\_Testing #Product\\_Validation\n\nPay: $90,000.00 -
