Company Description Privately owned family medicine practice Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor at Favia Primary Care, SC located in Crystal Lake, IL. Busy practice in the Northwest suburbs of Chucago. We treat infants, teens, adults and elderly. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, performing medical procedures, prescribing medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Work 4 days per week. One Sat per month. Outpatient only. Work side by side with experienced MD, PAs, and NP in friendly environment. Potential for future partnership for those interested. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degreeBoard certification in the appropriate medical specialtyLicenses and certifications required to practice medicine in the state of IllinoisStrong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcareAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience in primary care or family medicine is a plus
