You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, as well as ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Leveraging your expertise in delivery methodologies and best practices, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to completion, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.Essential Job FunctionsIdentify, analyze, and prioritize new features/work by collaborating with business units and IT teams to understand customer needs and define solution optionsSolicit feedback to ensure continued alignment and ensure features/work delivered meet customer and technical requirementsSupport new business engagements and proposals to ensure the product/project approach is integrated and achievable in proposed solutionsDocument requirements and execute upon initiatives to ensure these meet the needs of business partners and larger corporate initiativesCreate and maintain project plans/task lists, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, using processes/tools appropriate for the complexity level of the projectExperience in leading SCRUM/Agile activities, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teamsUnderstand business and system processes. Analyze different business metrics, conduct gap analysis, and process optimizationMaintain Issues and Risks logs, proactively monitoring and coordinating to resolve issues and risks promptlyMeet with business team members to discuss and assist with project requests, and work with developers to determine the technical feasibility and scope of projectsMaintain project documentation through the project’s lifecycleAct as a liaison between business and technology teams to drive and facilitate requirement and design sessions and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle\Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills accompanied by the flexibility to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentPerform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated aboveEducation/License RequirementsRequired: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experienceGeneral Experience Requirements2-5 years' experience as a business analyst or product ownerMinimum QualificationsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and project management principles (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budgetExperience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft ProjectManaged both small and larger cross-departmental projectsClear and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsExperiencing with data measuring, analytics, and reportingBonus QualificationsExperience in ERP, Forecasting, Warehouse Management, and customer service in a pick-and-pack shipping environmentCertifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary.Hybrid work schedule.Three weeks of paid time off within the first year of employment.Company provided life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid parental leave.Health, vision, and dental insurance options with low employee contributions.Commuter benefit plan.Optional supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, and accident & critical illness insurance offered at a group discount rate.401(k).Unlimited access to our award-winning online fitness, and wellness program.A great place to work, fast-paced, with terrific career growth“The statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this work.
