Mix of tech and RNs plus Supervisoro Night Shift – none· Patient Ratios – 1:1· Type of equipment - Philips· EMR -MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.· Minimum 2 yrs experience· Tech to have ARRT or RCESPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.· 2 yrs experience scrubbing· Monitor with ClarisList typical procedures performed on unit(s):· Standard implant procedures. All EP ablation cases minus VT. Perform Watchman procedures High volume.·Best personality Fit:· Very busy lab. Sense of urgency.·Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.· Scrub Color - Scrubs provided by hospital.·Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.·Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.· 4 nd highest engagement score in hospital.
