Services include but are not limited to reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.\nJob duties\n(* denotes an “essential function”)\nUtilize appropriate logs for all office services work.\nEnsure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.\nPerform work in office services, primarily reprographics, mail and intake functions according to established procedures.\nFollow procedures to run jobs in proper order.\nCommunicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.\nMeet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.\nTroubleshoot basic equipment problems.\nBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.\nPrioritize workflow.\nPerforms Quality Assurance on own and work of others.\nLoad machines with various paper, toner, supplies.\nAnswer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed.\nInteract with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.\nAdhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies.\nUse equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.\nSkilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.\nFamiliar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction.\nProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.\nGood written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.\nAttention to detail with good organizational skills.\nMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.\nAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.\nAble to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.\nGood problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level.\nMust work well in a team environment.\nMust be able to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.53 - $28.70 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
