IT Support Technician (Help Desk)

Job Type: Full-TimeJob Location: Onsite - Waukee OfficeHours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmAccess Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an IT Support Technician. You will play a vital role in supporting our IT systems, business processes, and customer interactions-compensation up to $24/hour.What You'll Be Doing as an IT Support Technician:Gain a deep understanding of our tools and business processes, including onboarding and customer support.Prioritize IT support tickets defined by our processes and procedures.Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to servers, workstations, and network configurations.Ensure complete and accurate documentation of support activities and track time spent on tasks within our ticketing system.What We're Looking For in an IT Support Technician:Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of various IT environments.Minimum of two years of related experience.Effective verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment to quickly acquire new skills.
