As part of the Al’s team, you’ll play an important role in preparing incoming apparel merchandise for the sales floor and helping maintain an organized, efficient backroom environment. Your work ensures products are processed accurately and made available to customers quickly and efficiently.\nThe ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include processing incoming clothing shipments by security tagging, pricing, hanging, sizing, sorting, and organizing apparel products for the sales floor. Additional duties include assisting with freight flow, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and supporting the overall operations of the freight team. Accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail are essential in this position.\nYou’ll work with top brands in the industry including Patagonia, Columbia, Nike, prAna, The North Face, and many more, while enjoying employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and sort incoming clothing merchandise accurately and efficiently.\nPrepare apparel for the sales floor by tagging, pricing, hanging, and organizing products.\nEnsure security tags and pricing are correctly attached to merchandise.\nReplenish and organize clothing products on the sales floor as needed.\nMaintain clean, safe, and organized work and backroom areas.\nAssist with freight processing and support overall team operations.\nFollow company procedures, safety guidelines, and merchandising standards.\nContribute to a positive team environment and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.\nEffective communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.\nAbility to work on your feet for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.\nDemonstrates a sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and high energy.\nHelpful\nRetail or merchandise processing experience preferred.\nPerks\nEmployee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals.\nHands-on experience with top apparel brands like Patagonia, Columbia, Nike, prAna, and The North Face.\nFast-paced, team-oriented work environment.\nGain valuable experience in clothing processing and retail operations.\nHelp keep the store organized, efficient, and ready for customers.\nJob on location\nFull-Time or Part-time, Health Benefits Apply to Full-Time\n\nWhat is the schedule for this job?\nFull-time and part-time opportunities are available, Monday through Saturday.
