The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic and mechanical devices(example; Air Compressor, Generator, pneumatic tools, cordless tools etc.) . This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols. The Repair Technician will utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.\nDuties\nDiagnose issues with electronic and mechanical devices through systematic troubleshooting.\nPerform repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring all work meets quality standards.\nAs a Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our customers’ tools running smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service and support for nail guns, staple guns, and other essential equipment. Your day-to-day will include:\nTroubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and electric power tools (nail guns, staple guns, etc.)\nProviding hands-on training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance\nProcessing and fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately\nCompleting all required documentation (work orders, parts orders, time sheets, etc.)\nPartnering with the sales team to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction\nDelivering top-tier customer service with a friendly, professional attitude\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and time spent on each job.\nCollaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance service efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.\nProvide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.\nExperience\nAt least one year experienced required on repair tools.\nThe Job Schedule is day time from monday to friday.No weekends.\nTe Candidate must lift min 30 Ibs. and be helpful to his/her teammates with other tasks and complete the side works Dailly.\nThe Candidates must be able to read tools diagram correctly and make necessary list of the parts.\nThe Candidates must be very organized on her/his job area while working with other teammates.\nPrevious experience in a repair technician role or similar position is preferred.\nProficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter, is essential.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.\nFamiliarity with electronic components, circuitry, and mechanical systems is advantageous.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
