{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d346e2941f4fb52426a42f9c","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d346e2941f4fb52426a42f9c","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d346e2941f4fb52426a42f9c","title":"Assembler - 1st Shift","description":"Job Description:\n\n15 Assemblers needed for 1st Shift: 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for Assemblers that will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nReview drawings and instructions before each project\nAssemble each product according to specifications\nConduct quality assurance checks\nConfirm assembled products meet quality standards\nIdentify, record, and report any product defects\nComplete required quality and production forms\nMonitor and maintain necessary inventory\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nFollow all quality and safety standards and procedures\nMay require occasional evening and weekend hours\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\n\nMust be able to follow direction\nMust be able to work well with others\nMust be punctual and reliable\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\nAbility to work effectively across multiple organizations\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced, smaller company environment\n6+ months assembly experience\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nWarehouse environment with temperature changes\nConstant noise from machines, ear plug provided and required\nStanding in one place for full shift with breaks. Steel toes required\nRepetitive hand motions, assembling parts, full shift with breaks\n\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nMust pass a drug screen.\nMust pass a background check.\nMust pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)\nSafety:\nIf your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.\nArray operates under strict guidelines and safety standards.
