Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional NYC environment. This role combines high-level executive support with hands-on office management, requiring exceptional organization, energy, and attention to detail.
You will be required to work in office five days per week; hours are 9-5pm with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, including interview scheduling and meeting coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
Set up, support, and break down meetings, conferences, and events
Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Support multiple executives while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Proven experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars
Experience ordering office supplies and handling office logistics
Strong background in travel planning and arrangements
High energy, confident demeanor, and professional presence
Strong knowledge of NYC logistics and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple senior executives
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Polished, professional appearance and communication style
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $134,999.00 per year
