Welcome in.\r\nYour Role & Impact\r\nThe Community Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, developing, and implementing of current program department objectives. The position is responsible for program coordination, writing content, curriculum and identifying resources, building partnerships with other community programs. The Community Program Coordinator will also keep program records/files, perform data entry and a wide variety of program activities as needed.\r\nThis is a grant funded position will expire on 12/31/2028\r\nTraveling to Perris 1- 2 times a week.\r\n40 hours a week\r\nWhat We're Looking For Travel between San Marcos and Perris 2times per week, therefore reliable transportation with a valid California Driver's License, proof of valid insurance, and a clean driving record is required.\r\nAn associate's degree in healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience.\r\nStanding for long periods of time and liftingup to 25 pounds is required.\r\nAt least one (1) year experience in healthcare, or related field performing programming coordination, education, case work, or youth servicesto diverse populations.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team is required.\r\nComfortable interacting with youth and parents.\r\nKnowledge of and proficiency with program development .\r\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\r\nWhy Join Us\r\nWe're a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
