They also have a product mind and want to contribute to improving the product at a mission-driven company.\n\nAt Coursedog we prioritize ownership and empower all team members to contribute and implement ideas to continually improve the company.\nWe are looking for someone we can count on to:\nOwn:\nLead successful, standard, out of the box customer implementations across our product suite, communicating and working directly with clients\nGet involved with our support processes; flex your critical thinking and problem solving skills to help users navigate the platform as questions arise\nDrive admin and end user functional training; develop training resources for campuses and lead tailored training meetings for institutional use cases\nMake informed, data-driven feature recommendations; source information through research and speaking with university administrators to ideate scalable solutions to present to our product team\nCollaborate:\nWork with our Data Engineering team members to support implementations\nPartner with the product team on feature recommendations\nInteract with engineering to resolve technical integration issues\nLearn:\nDevelop deep product knowledge and speak eloquently about the product\nDemonstrate competence in our existing implementation cycle\nEmpathize with the problems facing our customers\nImprove:\nCustomer Satisfaction Retention Revenue\nGrowth\nWe want to hear from you if:\nYou have experience leading software system implementation projects.\nYou have experience with setting priorities, creating project plans, and monitoring progress towards goals/activities.\nYou can proactively identify and report on risks, issues, and dependencies for the project.\nYou have strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute to building new processes and systems desirable.\nYou know how to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, user experience, UI, and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements.\nYou have a solid understanding of database/data warehouse/business intelligence architecture and confidence conversing in technical SaaS terminology to develop core requirements.\nYou have a consultative approach to problem-solving and excellent judgment.\nYou possess exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive closure of complex delivery challenges.\nYou have experience working with the following systems: Notion, Clarizen, SalesForce, Freshdesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)\nExperience with SQL or scripting languages is a plus.\nWorking at Coursedog\nBenefits\nHealthcare: We pay 99% of your medical, dental, and vision coverage and 75% of the premium for your spouse and/or dependents\nRetirement: We offer a 401k plan on day one of your employment.\nPaid Time Off: We value work-life balance and provide a high amount of autonomy.
