{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d337256a552d2ca1b19dd464","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d337256a552d2ca1b19dd464","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d337256a552d2ca1b19dd464","title":"Program Coordinator","description":"Overview:\nProgram Coordinator\nLocation: National Capital Region (NCR)\nClearance: Active TS/SCI\n\nProvide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership in support for comprehensive, actionable, intelligence services to USSOCOM through a pool of resource personnel across the intelligence functional spectrum.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for supporting the Program Manager in coordinating all aspects of contract management, and the PCs shall adequately supervise Contractor personnel in support of USSOCOM subordinate or associated organizations.\nManage the integration of staff into intelligence operations and support elements at both permanent facilities and mobile locations to accomplish USSOCOM priorities and tasks.\nEnsure that all Contractor personnel comply, at all times, with all applicable DoD regulations, GCC directives, instructions, policies and procedures, and orders issued by USSOCOM, associated elements and the Combatant Commander.\nEmploy a program management structure to ensure the efficient execution of all tasks and the documenting and reporting on work performed on this task order.\nPromptly notify the Government PM and COR of all issues or problems requiring the Government’s involvement, reporting or response.\nBuild and submit task order deliverables.\nOn-board new contractor personnel through all requirements to include standard security and building procedures.\nProvide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned, supervising on-going business and technical efforts, and managing overall task order performance.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n\nFive (5) or more years of managerial experience within USCOCOM, JSOTF, or other equivalent Government agencies\nTwo (2) or more years of managerial experience within USSOCOM, JSOTF, or other the DoD or equivalent Government agencies\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)\nIn-depth knowledge of the relationship between Joint Staff, Joint Commands, Major Commands, Task Forces, and national/service intelligence agencies.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic level matters to a variety of audiences.\nExcellent research and analytical skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.\n\nPreferred:\n\nBachelor’s degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline\nTwo (2) or more years USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations intelligence disciplines\nDefense Acquisition University DAWIA or Back-2-Basics Program Management Certifications\nA valid U.S Passport and meet visa requirements for travel.\n\nCompany Overview:\nIntegral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
