This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annuallyResponsibilities Ensure customer success in deploying Amazon Connect solutions Conduct technology assessments to evaluate the need for CCaaS on AWS Facilitate reviews of business processes to clarify customer needs Educate clients on AWS value propositions and lead architectural discussions Guide customers in building ROIs for projects and managing expectations Translate customer needs into effective contact center design Oversee technical teams, ensuring solutions meet quality standardsQualifications Customer-facing contact center experience Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions Familiarity with communications protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIP Proficient in scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#,.NET, Node.js) Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with executives and IT management Knowledge of automation tools for software deployment, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD Experience implementing AWS infrastructure as code (e.g., CDK, Terraform) Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectureBenefits Remote and in-person work flexibility Opportunities for travel (up to 25% commitment) Flexible schedules to accommodate personal needs Collaborative culture with open communication and feedback Regular celebrations and team-building activitiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
