Technical DepthStrong backend experience with real-world production systemsClear understanding of their own contributions (not just team outcomes)Experience with scaling, performance optimisation, and architecture decisionsFor frontend-adjacent roles: familiarity with Turbo, Stimulus, or Hotwire is a plus2. Ownership & Collaboration Proactive problem-solver who takes initiativeExperience working in teams of 15+ engineersComfortable collaborating with PMs, Designers, QA, DevOps/AI teams3. Mindset & Culture FitThrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentsMotivated by impact and ownership, not just compensationClear, direct communicator in EnglishOpen to feedback and collaborative4.
