This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in inventory management, manual handling, and logistics contribute directly to our company’s success.\nMON-FRI 7AM-4PM\nDuties\nUtilize barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to accurately pick items according to order specifications.\nOperate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.\nManage inventory levels by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas.\nPerform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and packing to prepare items for shipment.\nEnsure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols.\nLoad and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.\nConduct quality control checks on picked items to verify accuracy and completeness before dispatch.\nSupport shipping & receiving processes by coordinating with warehouse supervisors for smooth operations.\nMaintain accurate records within warehouse management systems (WMS) for order fulfillment and inventory tracking.\nAssist in warehouse distribution activities, including stock rotation and inventory reconciliation.\nQualifications\nBilingual\nProven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving.\nProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.\nExperience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.\nKnowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements.\nPrior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various functions.\nThis position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations through precise order picking, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards.
