This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior federal leadership. This role will anticipate client needs, drive project workstreams, and deliver polished executive deliverables in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Analyst will support agency leadership in various workforce knowledge management efforts such as lunch and learns, SharePoint file repository management to support organizational knowledge sharing and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Editing recorded training videos and producing transcripts using Camtasia and Microsoft StreamCompiling reports, editing transcripts, and maintaining accurate records to support knowledge sharingDrafting position descriptions, policies, SOPs, decision trees, and process workflowsMaintaining SharePoint sites, ensuring secure file management and up-to-date contentManaging communication channels and distribution lists for efficient information sharingCollaborating across teams to support projects and administrative initiativesFacilitating client meetings, capturing technical notes, and documenting lessons learnedDeveloping and maintaining tracking tools, executive presentations, and communication materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesignCreating project timelines, tracking dependencies, and supporting project executionDeveloping organizational communication products, including executive briefs, handbooks, training decks, and one-pagersConducting skills gap analyses and supporting workforce succession planning with senior leadershipSupporting data governance, taxonomy, and document management standards across digital platformsThe ideal candidate must have the following experience, background, and credentials:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadershipMinimum of 2 years’ experience with tools such as Adobe In-Design, Camtasia, Microsoft Stream, etcStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and for our client, understanding their needs and work in a fast paced dynamic environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePointU.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency.
