Residential & Commercial HVAC Installer / Technician

Our El Paso team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated HVAC Systems Specialist to manage both technical diagnostics and field installations. This role requires a professional who is thoroughly versed in the refrigeration cycle, possesses strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and is fully capable of leading a crew through complete equipment change-outs and complex component replacements. What You Will Do: Field Installations: Execute the seamless setup of new heating and cooling configurations, including furnaces, indoor coils, and outdoor condensing units, while maintaining strict alignment with local building codes. Advanced Troubleshooting: Utilize multimeters, manifold gauges, and diagnostic tools to isolate electrical, airflow, and mechanical faults on residential and light commercial equipment. System Overhauls: Perform heavy mechanical repairs, including brazing, soldering, and replacing failing compressors, reversing valves, or blower motors. Testing & Tuning: Conduct final commissioning on newly installed systems by measuring static pressure, verifying amp draws, and adjusting superheat/subcooling to maximize operational efficiency. Environmental Compliance: Handle, recover, and charge refrigerants safely and systematically in accordance with EPA protocols. What We Are Looking For: Credentials: Valid EPA 608 Certification is strictly required. Technical Skill: Demonstrated proficiency with copper brazing, system diagnostics, and minor electrical wiring. Industry Background: Prior hands-on experience handling full HVAC change-outs and service calls. Physical Capabilities: Comfortable climbing ladders, working in regional weather conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
