This role works closely with department leaders to develop accurate financial plans, evaluate business performance, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in developing and maintaining annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.\nCollaborate with business units to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial goals.\nConduct variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.\nBuild, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and business cases.\nAnalyze revenue trends, cost drivers, and margins to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.\nSupport long-range strategic planning with detailed financial analysis.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to department heads and senior leadership.\nTrack and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to guide business decisions.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.\nSupport implementation or optimization of FP&A tools, ERP, and business intelligence\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).\nMBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.\n2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.\nExperience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance)\n401(k)\nPaid time off\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nPhysical Requirements:\nWork Environment: This job operates in a professional office setting.
