We take pride in our precision, craftsmanship, and innovation, and we are looking for skilled team members to join us in continuing that tradition.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong mechanical background, programming knowledge, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be confident in CNC machining processes and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up, program, and operate CNC machines.\nInterpret blueprints, NX drawings, SolidWorks schematics, and technical documents to determine machining operations.\nUse precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure product accuracy.\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.\nProgram using Work NC for automated machining processes.\nOperate and program OKKs and Hurcos with Fanuc controller.\nCollaborate with engineers and team members to optimize production efficiency.\nConduct in-process quality checks to confirm adherence to specifications.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.\nSkills & Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of CNC programming experience (required).\nHands-on experience with CNC machine setup and operation.\nStrong proficiency in precision measuring instruments and hand tools.\nKnowledge of EDM techniques is a plus.\nSolid mechanical understanding of complex machinery.\nAbility to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings.\nProblem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.\nBasic math skills for machining calculations.\nPhysical Demands\nRegularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.\nFrequently required to stand and walk.\nOccasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.\nMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds.\nMust be able to perceive and analyze details of parts using close, distance, and peripheral vision.\nBenefits\n401(k) with company match\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nHealth savings account (HSA)\nLife insurance\nPaid time off (vacation & holidays)\nEmployee referral program\nSchedule\nDay shift\nOvertime available\nThis job description is intended to describe the type and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
