10 years\r\n6 Months with Possible Extension\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION\r\nNeeds local candidates who will be available for In-person in downtown, NYC\r\nJob Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business analysts and other IT partners located globally on day-to-day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects\r\nUnderstand, follow, and ensure that system architecture and integration design standards are in alignment with broader platform strategies and business goals.\r\nProvide stable technical solutions which are robust and scalable as per business needs.\r\nEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate requirements based on the project\r\nProvide hands-on code development and test coverage based on the project delivery needs.\r\nActively contribute and participate in sprint grooming and planning discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies\r\nStay up to date with new development best practices/approaches, tools and test coverage strategiesSkills Required:\r\nWork experience primarily with building enterprise server-side applications using J2EE Technologies\r\nExcellent Core Java, Spring and Hibernate programming skills\r\nExcellent Design skills (Design Patterns)\r\nWork experience with hands-on experience Java/JEE , Spring, ORM / Hibernate, XML, XPath, XSLT, Web services -
