Commercial/Residential HVAC Technician

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential homes and commercial properties. Responsibilities* Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial) * Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions * Perform routine maintenance and inspections * Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes * Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations * Maintain accurate service records and documentationQualifications* 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred * EPA Certification required * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills* Experience with rooftop units, split systems, and ductless systems * Strong customer service skillsCompany Description Werner Heating and Air is a trusted provider of high-quality HVAC services for both residential and commercial clients.
