The Project Coordinator works with all internal departments to process customer orders, large and small, simple and complex, managing orders from production through delivery.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the sales team and customers in a designated territory/ You’ll provide coordinator between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams through the timely exchange of information and resolution of requests via telephone, email, and CRM/ERP programs. You’ll work directly with clients, including landscape architects, designers, general contractors, and our national distributor network. You’ll be required to travel occasionally to our other facilities. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nProcess various types of product orders into ERP system (NetSuite)\nUpdate customer orders, track changes, and ensure all information is recorded accurately across all platforms\nAnswer inbound calls and email, answering customer questions related to product or purchase orders\nReview orders with appropriate personnel, internal and external, to confirm color and texture\nApproval verification\nLeadtime coordination with production groups\nCoordinate payment from customers on behalf of accounting\nDelivery and tracking of orders\nCoordination of freight arrangements and delivery notifications\nResearch internal and external customer inquiries and provide problem resolution using the most up to date information, technology, and resources regarding orders\nProvide individualized customer service with high quality and professional standards\nProgress Reporting - Communicate concise status updates to keep all stakeholders informed\nProvide back up support to other team members\n\nWhat You Will Need\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written\nStrong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively\nExcellent interpersonal skills to create positive interactions with customers and team members.\nAbility to think quickly, research and troubleshoot to provide resolutions to customers\nExperience managing heavy call and email volume daily\nExperience with Salesforce CRM preferred\nExperience with NetSuite ERP highly desirable\nAbility to remain calm and in control, even when under pressure\nRegular attendance is critical\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary\nPaid time off\nPaid holidays\nMedical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance\n401k with employer match\nProfit sharing\n\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
