This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while serving as a critical link between Client Services, Media, Data & Analytics, and Investment teams.This role requires a unique combination of executive-level client leadership, media expertise, and analytical fluency. The ideal candidate can confidently translate complex measurement frameworks, attribution models, performance insights, and media investments into clear, actionable recommendations that help clients make informed business decisions.The EVP will lead large cross-functional teams, guide integrated media strategy, and ensure alignment between client objectives, measurement approaches, and performance outcomes. This individual must be equally comfortable discussing marketing effectiveness with analytics teams, media strategy with planners, and business performance with C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders.Retail and QSR experience are essential, as these categories represent a significant portion of our client portfolio and future growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior strategic advisor and executive point of contact for key client relationshipsBuild deep understanding of client businesses, competitive landscapes, customer journeys, and growth objectivesTranslate complex measurement, attribution, analytics, and performance reporting into actionable business recommendations for client leadershipPartner closely with Data & Analytics teams to ensure insights are effectively communicated and tied to business outcomesLead the development of integrated media strategies across channels, ensuring alignment between brand objectives, performance goals, and measurement frameworksGuide planning, investment, activation, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutionsPresent confidently to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders, influencing decision-making through data-driven storytelling and strategic thinkingLead, mentor, and inspire large cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellenceIdentify opportunities for account growth, client retention, and expanded agency partnershipsSupport agency new business initiatives and participate in key growth opportunities as neededMaintain awareness of emerging media, measurement, analytics, and consumer trends, translating them into relevant client recommendationsOversee account financial health, including scope management, profitability, and resource planning in partnership with agency leadershipEducation, Experience & Skills15+ years of experience in media, marketing, client leadership, or related disciplines10+ years of media planning and strategy experience, preferably within retail and QSR categoriesDeep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, analytics, performance reporting, and marketing effectivenessDemonstrated ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendationsProven track record leading large, high-performing teams and developing future leadersStrong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsExperience managing senior client relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makersComprehensive understanding of media strategy, investment planning, audience strategy, and performance marketingStrong commercial acumen and a practical, business-oriented approach to solving client challengesAbility to connect brand strategy, media investment, measurement, and business outcomesHigh-energy, collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces changeBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
