The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of contracts for DOD end customers.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nUse core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.\nProactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program.\nServe as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer-satisfaction.\nEnsure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.\nWork in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.\nDrive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.\nProvide overall leadership and direction to an integrated program team.\nForecast financial performance and maximize award fee/profit.\nAssist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.\nSupport growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field\n7+ years of DOD industry experience\n7+ years of technical project or program management experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance\nSkilled in MS Office products and MS Project\nFlexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments\nExperience with earned value management\nPreference for PMP certificate\nPreference for ability to support travel up to 30%\n\nWhy Join Parry Labs?\nAt Parry Labs, we foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and diversity.
