Functional Skills \r \r 8+ years of professional experience in front-end/web application development. \r Strong hands-on experience developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js. \r Excellent proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. \r Strong understanding of React.js core concepts, including JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, hooks, functional components, and component composition. \r Experience building reusable React components and front-end libraries to promote consistency, scalability, and maintainability. \r Strong experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Flux, Context API, MobX, or equivalent. \r Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services using RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. \r Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web performance optimization. \r Experience with modern front-end development tools and build pipelines, including Webpack, Babel, npm, and/or Yarn. \r Proficiency with Git or other version-control systems such as SVN or Mercurial. \r Experience with unit testing and debugging, using frameworks/tools such as Jest, Mocha, or equivalent. \r Ability to troubleshoot complex UI, performance, integration, and browser compatibility issues. \r Strong understanding of front-end architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. \r \r Roles & Responsibilities \r \r Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript. \r Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional, production-ready applications. \r Develop and maintain reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable front-end architecture. \r Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product/project managers, QA engineers, and back-end developers to deliver integrated solutions. \r Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and back-end systems. \r Implement effective state management and data flow across complex React applications. \r Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. \r Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI, functional, integration, and performance-related issues. \r Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards. \r Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. \r Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and code quality. \r Work with build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines as required to support efficient development and deployment. \r Stay current with React ecosystem updates, modern JavaScript practices, front-end technologies, and industry best practices. \r Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and front-end engineering practices. \r Education \r Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. \r Equivalent practical experience and demonstrated
