The PM works with Client Users, Supplier Partners, and Contingent Workers participating in the MSP Program and/or Technology Suite for AgileOne Accounts. The PM will support and manage the effective and efficient use of the AgileOne Vendor Management Tool, or 3rd party VMS, facilitate the processes, and manage compliance with the contingent workforce management program defined by the client and AgileOne Management.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOversee daily MSP program operations across client users, suppliers, and contingent workers\r\nManage program performance, accuracy of data, SLAs, compliance, and reporting\r\nMonitor and maintain P&L, budgeting, and financial health of the program\r\nEnsure timely billing, audits, program metrics, and governance deliverables\r\nServe as primary point of contact for client stakeholders\r\nBuild relationships with hiring managers and decision?makers to identify growth opportunities\r\nFacilitate supplier meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)\r\nOversee issue resolution, escalations, and service-level requirements\r\nLead, mentor, and develop a tenured Client Services team\r\nHire, train, evaluate, and coach staff\r\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, high?performance culture\r\nIdentify opportunities to expand the program footprint\r\nMonitor and track SOW resources and program growth initiatives\r\nImprove processes, streamline workflows, and introduce cost-saving strategies\r\nQualifications\r\nP&L management experience\r\nExperience growing a staffing/MSP program (SOW resource tracking, scaling operations)\r\n5+ years of experience in staffing, MSP program management, vendor management, or on?site account management\r\nExperience managing and developing a tenured, experienced team\r\nConfident, thick-skinned, and able to communicate directly and professionally\r\nExperience supporting or partnering with Fortune 500/1000 clients\r\nStrong understanding of labor laws, staffing operations, supplier management, and compliance\r\nAbility to work onsite in San Francisco 23 days per week\r\nRequired Skills\r\nExperience with AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS tools\r\nBackground in business development or client expansion within staffing/MSP\r\nStrong reporting, analytics, or Power BI experience\r\nComfortable facilitating executive-level meetings, governance councils, and QBRs\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience with AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS tools\r\nBackground in business development or client expansion within staffing/MSP\r\nStrong reporting, analytics, or Power BI experience\r\nComfortable facilitating executive-level meetings, governance councils, and QBRs\r\nPay range and compensation package\r\nFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.\r\nEqual Opportunity Statement\r\nWe are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
