Lead day-to-day onsite construction operations for utility-scale solar projects (typically 50MW+)Manage subcontractors across multiple scopes including civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioningEnforce strict adherence to safety programs, policies, and OSHA requirementsMonitor project schedule and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure milestones are achievedOversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specs, and industry standardsConduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on construction progress, risks, and performanceIdentify and resolve field issues, RFIs, and change orders in a timely mannerCoordinate inspections with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and third-party inspectorsEnsure proper material handling, inventory tracking, and site logisticsLead site meetings including subcontractor coordination and safety briefingsSupport commissioning activities and project closeout documentation
