Ensures issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively.\r\nTracks program progress and report status to the management team.\r\nTakes ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed.\r\nMonitors program quality assurance (QA) activities.\r\nRequirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer, QA Engineer, Technical Lead, or related role.\r\nMaster's degree in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and Three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer, QA Engineer, Technical Lead, or related role.\r\nThree (3) years of experience with: Software program management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Jira;\r\nEmbedded product software and validation testing;\r\nDeveloping and deploying software products in global markets with virtual teams;\r\nDeveloping for Android, QNX, Linux, and embedded systems;\r\nDeveloping for automotive and portable consumer electronics;\r\nOverseeing the entire software life cycle, including requirement definition, program planning, and final product delivery to market.\r\nCore Competencies Demonstrates expertise in software program management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, while overseeing the entire software life cycle from requirement definition to product delivery.
