Wholesale & Operations ManagerLocation: Dallas, TXAbout Us:At Cabana Life, we are more than just a fashion brand; we are a mission-driven company dedicated to providing sun-protective clothing without sacrificing style. The RoleThe Wholesale & Operations Manager serves as a central person across our wholesale, marketplace, and operational functions. This role oversees key business channels, including our sales team, retail partners, Amazon, Faire, and other third-party marketplaces, while also managing inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment operations.This position requires a unique blend of relationship management and operational expertise. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable supporting strategic sales growth, nurturing key accounts, and developing scalable processes that drive efficiency and support the company's continued expansion. This position could be a 30 hr work week.Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale ManagementWork as the day-to-day liaison between our sales reps and Cabana Life Work with our accounts to ensure a seamless experience and troubleshoot any issuesProcess customer returns, exchanges, credits, and replacements in NetSuiteMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal teamsMaintain accurate records of orders, returns, inventory adjustments, and customer interactionsDevelop systems, processes, and reporting tools to support growthMaintain and update our wholesale portalProvide strategic recommendations based on sales trends, inventory performance, and market opportunitiesSupport trade shows, market appointments, and customer eventsMarketplace & E-Commerce OperationsOversee and optimize marketplace channels including Amazon, Faire, and other third-party platformsManage product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and inventory allocation across marketplace channelsMonitor sales performance, conversion metrics, customer feedback, and marketplace trendsPartner with marketing teams to improve product visibility and overall marketplace growthEnsure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all channelsEvaluate and launch new marketplace opportunities that support company growth objectivesOperations & Supply Chain ManagementManage relationships with 3PL, and inventory necessary to fulfill ordersEnsure compliance with retailer requirements, including EDI, routing guides, ASNs, chargeback prevention, and shipping standards.Coordinate inventory planning and allocation across wholesale, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer channels.Partner with production teams to align inventory availability with sales forecasts.Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in wholesale sales, operations, account management, or business leadershipExcellent organizational, project management skills and detail-oriented natureStrong leadership and communication abilitiesExperience with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite) and marketplace platformsExperience with retailer requirements, and wholesale fulfillment processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWhy Join Us?Cabana Life offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment where your creativity and initiative will directly impact our brand's success.
