You just found it.\r\nJob Overview\r\nResponsibility for data collection, analysis, consolidation, and presentation of a holistic and comprehensive view on ES progress against it's priorities to key stakeholders.\r\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties\r\nEstablish robust processes for collecting, analyzing and presenting data related to site performance.\r\nManage data collection, analysis, consolidation, and presentation of a holistic and comprehensive view on how ES is progressing on various key priorities\r\nProduce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports related to ES initiatives including but not limited to the Program Management Office and Research and Development.\r\nManage invitations for regular ES and PMO governance meetings\r\nEstablish, compile, track, measure, and report on KPIs, and escalate if projects are falling behind in any aspect.\r\nSupport ES Program Office to manage scope and dependencies of the Office.\r\nLiaise and communicate with various stakeholders, e.g., different Product Areas and functions, to determine their priorities and agree on solutions.\r\nConvey key insights related to major risks / major issues relating to Program Management Office and Research and Development\r\nDegree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or similar.\r\n2-4 years of Project/Program management experience from an international and multi-cultural business environment.\r\nExperience from the MedTech industry, R&D, Innovation, Product Management and Operations is a merit.\r\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\r\nExcellent time management skills to be able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.\r\nStrong business acumen, e.g., being able to identify and communicate issues which are business critical.\r\nExcellent skills in Microsoft Office tools, i.e., MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, Power BI and Share Point.\r\nBasic skills in Project, Portfolio and Resource Mgmt.
