We are looking for a talented and motivatedLandscape Sales Professional to join our growing team and help us bring that vision to more clientsacross Shelby, Charlotte, and Lake Norman and surrounding areas.About the Role:This is a full-time sales role responsible for building relationships and driving revenue across landscapemaintenance, enhancement services, and both large and small-scale installation projects. The idealcandidate will be a confident communicator, a skilled listener, and someone who understands how toguide high-end clients through a seamless landscape sales process—from initial consultation to signedcontract.Key Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close new business in maintenance, enhancements, and installationservices Conduct site visits, assess property needs, and provide creative, solution-basedrecommendations Prepare and present professional proposals for recurring maintenance contracts, seasonalservices, and design/build projects Serve as a trusted advisor for your clients, maintaining ongoing communication and identifyingnew opportunities Coordinate with internal design, operations, and production teams to ensure exceptional clientcare from sale to completion Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance using CRM and estimating tools Represent Paradise Landscaping at industry events, community functions, and client meetingsYou Might Be a Great Fit If You: Have 3+ years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or project estimating Understand the full spectrum of landscaping services—from turf care and seasonal pruning topaver patios and full-property renovations Are comfortable selling to both residential and commercial clients Thrive on developing client relationships and delivering value Are self-motivated, organized, and driven by results Communicate clearly and professionally in person and in writing Can read landscape plans and are familiar with landscape materials and installation bestpracticesAre looking for a long-term career in a company where your impact will be recognized?What We Offer: Base salary of $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission plan across all service lines Company vehicle and fuel card Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Supportive team culture focused on excellence and client care Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancementParadise Landscaping is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusiveworkplace.
