This position is responsible for preparing molds, casting concrete products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting daily production goals.\nThis is a first-shift, on-site manufacturing role in Zumbrota, MN that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated, dependable individuals.\nKey Responsibilities\nMold Preparation & Casting\nClean, assemble, and prepare steel molds for casting.\nApply release agents and set up molds for production.\nFill molds with concrete and use vibrators and other tools to ensure proper consolidation.\nAssist in finishing and curing processes as directed.\nQuality & Safety\nInspect molds and finished products for quality and accuracy.\nFollow safety protocols and wear required PPE.\nMaintain clean and organized work areas per housekeeping standards.\nTeamwork & Support\nWork collaboratively to meet daily production goals.\nParticipate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.\nSupport other production tasks as assigned\nRequirements:\nStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\nComfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment\nWillingness to learn new skills and techniques\nPreferred but not required:\nExperience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial labor\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk for extended periods\nFrequently bend, stoop, kneel, and lift 25–50 lbs (occasionally more)\nWork in a loud environment with moving equipment and heavy machinery\nFlexibility to work overtime as production needs require\nPay & Benefits:\nHourly Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)\nBenefits Include:\nNo-cost Medical, Dental, and Short-Term Disability coverage for employees\nVision, Hospital, Accident, Life, and Critical Illness plans\n401(k) with company match\nGenerous Paid Time Off plan plus paid holidays\nCompany-provided uniforms and PPE\nAdditional employee programs and support resources\nJoin Our Team:\nAt Concast, you’re not just working a job, you’re helping build the infrastructure that supports communities.
