This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Cushing, Oklahoma office.\n\nMaterials Coordinator III - Job Description:\nThis role involves providing coordination and operational support for materials storage, inventory, shipping, and receiving at our material storage warehouse. The position supports Enbridge construction projects and the inventory of operational spares for pipeline facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating material movements, inspecting shipments, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient operations.\n\nMaterials Coordinator III - Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain administrative control of all materials movements in and out of the warehouse facility\nCoordinate flow of material in the warehouse and laydown areas\nManage material receipts and staging of materials for use by Projects and Operations teams\nVerify accuracy of material ordered on purchase orders and coordinate with SCM and Project teams\nMaintain up-to-date records and documentation for material receipts and storage\nConsult with Project Management personnel to determine disposition of surplus construction materials\nComplete material inspections and submit weekly status reports\nMaintain contact with Supply Chain, Project and Construction personnel as well as outside vendors\n\nMaterials Coordinator III - Mandatory Skills:\n\nSeven or more years of experience in Construction, Quality, and/or Supply Chain roles in the pipeline industry\nExperience using Supply Chain procurement systems and processes\nMaterial inspection experience with the ability to understand technical specifications and drawings\nAbility to work without close supervision\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and basic smart phone operations\nValid driver's license\n\nMaterials Coordinator III – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n\nExperience using Oracle and/or Maximo systems for materials receiving and order fulfillment\nExperience in the oil and gas industry\n\nMaterials Coordinator III – Assignment Length:\nThis is a 12-month contract position.\n\nMaterials Coordinator III - Start Date:\nASAP\n\nMaterials Coordinator III - Assignment Location:\nCushing, Oklahoma, United States.
