This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot prototypes, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing support equipment.\n· Provide technical support to Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.\n· Assist with testing, inspection, validation, data collection, documentation, and process improvement activities.\n· Support troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, equipment startup, and continuous improvement projects.\nMinimum Qualifications\n· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school, trade school, military technical training, associate degree, engineering coursework, or relevant hands-on experience preferred.\n· 0-3 years of technical experience for entry-level candidates; additional experience may qualify candidates for higher technician levels.\n· Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, basic computer skills, and ability to read engineering drawings, bills of material, and technical instructions.\n. Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English\n.
