Provides direct support to office, manufacturing and engineering environments in person, over the phone and via e-mail to local and remote Associates. Participates in the development of IT support processes, tools and documentation for company.\r\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nAdheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\r\nProvides support for client computing hardware and software.\r\nBuilds, configures and deploys desktops, laptops and related peripherals\r\nTroubleshoots and resolves issues by utilizing Standard Operating Procedures\r\nProvides technical guidance and training to internal associates\r\nProvides outstanding service to our Associates and always exceed their expectations.\r\nProvides after hours support as needed for responsible site(s)\r\nFollows redeployment and disposal processes.\r\nParticipates in ensuring that customer requests via the ticketing system are managed to closure.\r\nDelivers results in support of achieving the organization's Service Level Agreements and high customer satisfaction ratings.\r\nParticipates in Knowledge Management activities by creating internal documentation and self-help articles in the knowledge base for use by IT Service Desk and Associates.\r\nMay provide assistance to other IT functions such as performing server installations, back-ups, networking & telecom support and implementations, software patch deployments, etc.\r\nProvides support and backup coverage for other local site support teams as needed.\r\nStrives to identify continuous improvement opportunities by monitoring support issues at sites to identify patterns and common issues with the aim of reducing reoccurring incidents and significantly improving the quality of our service.\r\nPerforms other duties as required.\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\n\r\nMinimum Education:\r\nAssociate's degree required. Bachelor's preferred.\r\n\r\nRelated certifications preferred: MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT and ITIL V3.\r\n\r\n\r\nMinimum Experience:\r\n\r\n0-3 years of experience with an Associate's degree supporting the areas outlined in the technical requirements above.\r\nExperience supporting manufacturing and engineering companies preferred.\r\n\r\nKnowledge & Skills:\r\n\r\nSpecial Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and have experience creating polished, comprehensive documentation. Practiced, logical approach to technical problem solving. Capable and willing to adapt to rapid changes. Ability to work from a ticket queue, prioritize well and manage time. Work effectively with local and remote team members. Communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds and levels of technical capability. Positive, customer support- focused attitude.\r\nSpecialized Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and hand-on experience with each of the following is required:\r\nWindows 7/XP, Office 2007 - 2010\r\nWindows 10Imaging desktop and laptops\r\nUser and computer object management in Active Directory\r\nSymantec End Point Protection or similar client-side security software\r\nIdentifying and removing viruses and malware\r\nNetwork printers and multi-function devices\r\nClient-side networking and troubleshooting\r\nCisco IP desk phones and voicemail\r\nWebEx or similar web conferencing systems\r\nTroubleshooting and resolving problems remotely\r\nExperience with any of the following is valuable:\r\nCurrent Mac hardware and OS X support\r\nEnterprise iOS device management\r\nAltiris/Symantec Management Console\r\nEngineering Design Tools: CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks, etc.\r\n\r\nERP and manufacturing\r\n\r\n\r\nOther: Ability to travel locally between sites as needed.
