As a Team Lead, you will lead a team responsible for supporting site-facing activities across clinical studies, ensuring consistent, high-quality operational delivery.This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.Additional DetailsLocation: Full-Time Onsite at Accellacare of Hickory (221 13th Avenue Place NW Suite 201, Hickory, NCHours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – FridayWhat You Will Be DoingSupervising a team of site operations staff (e.g., Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses), overseeing daily workloads and prioritiesEnsuring timely and accurate completion of site start-up, maintenance, and close-out tasks in line with SOPs and study plansMonitoring site operations metrics and contributing to actions that improve efficiency and site experienceCollaborating with project management, monitoring, and other functions to resolve site-related issuesSupporting training, development, and performance management of team membersContributing to the enhancement of site operations processes, tools, and documentationYour Profile3+ years of experience in clinical site operations, site support, or clinical operationsPrior lead or mentoring responsibilities preferredGood understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and site documentation requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, solution-oriented mindset with focus on quality and customer serviceBachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related fieldWhat ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
