This is your chance to be part of an exciting, family-oriented culture, and elevate your career in the automotive sector.Responsibilities:Prepares vehicles for paint jobs by washing, sanding, and applying primer.Mixes paint to match the original color, then applies it to the vehicle.Restores vehicles to their original state after paint job by reassembling parts.Performs minor body repair work, including removing dents and filling in spots.Ensures paint jobs are completed within agreed time frames and to a high-quality standard.Uses and maintains all paint mixing and spray equipment, including the cleaning and maintenance after use.Works with the team to ensure the work environment remains clean, safe, and organized.Collaborates with Service Advisor to communicate any issues or delays with the customer and suggest appropriate additional services.Maintains a record of all paint and related materials used to ensure inventory levels are maintained.Adheres to all company and safety policies and procedures.What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceASE reimbursement along with $100 bonus payout for each passed certification + pay increase for each level reachedClimate-controlled shop with state-of-the-art equipmentClosed on all major holidays#1 CSI dealer in the districtFull benefits including: Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Cancer PlanFlexible Spending PlanEmployee purchase and service discount401(k) retirement planPaid VacationFamily-oriented and friendly work environmentTenured leadership and management team, with a focus on career developmentFlexible scheduleRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Painting / Light Body WorkHigh School diplomaAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationMust have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordEnsures that customer's cars are kept cleanMaintain work area in an orderly and clean mannerAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
