Quality Assurance Inspector (On-Site)

Job Summary: As a Neumo Quality Assurance Fulfillment Inspector, you will assist in inspecting vehicle registrations, titles and license plates, ensuring they comply with customer and company standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect state vehicle documents, making sure they meet state and company guidelinesEnsure all documents are accounted forMonitor, send and check daily emailsMaintain logs of all work performedCommunicate with Supervisor any workload issuesAssist with Fulfillment assigned tasks when neededPerform other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Minimum of a High School diploma/GEDKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsReliable attendance is a mustComputer and writing skills a mustDemonstrates ability to work in a fast-moving team environmentStrong ability to follow policy and proceduresAbility to stay focused and work in a team environmentBasic math skills requiredWork Environment:The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a computer and printerThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Open-plan work areaPhysical Demands:Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
