{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d2be3d635d84cba64d8e397c","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d2be3d635d84cba64d8e397c","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d2be3d635d84cba64d8e397c","title":"Teller (Client Services Representative), FLOAT, Hebron, IN","description":"Teller (Client Services Representative), Float, Hebron, INProvides individualized client service while handling daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.\r\nEssential Requirements:\r\nProcesses financial transactions for clients accurately and efficiently.\r\nIdentifies client needs uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations, promotes products and services and refers clients to the appropriate bank colleague if needed.\r\nBuilds client loyalty; establishes client relationships, including addressing each client by name.\r\nConsistently delivers exceptional customer service to each and every client.\r\nFollows established Bank policies, procedures and guidelines.\r\nParticipates in retail sales programs to help meet personal and banking center goals.\r\nActively participates in team meetings and participates in community projects and appropriate educational programs related to the position.\r\nBalances cash drawer and assists banking center team in operational duties (i.e., balancing the ATM, vault and end of day work).\r\nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.\r\nResponsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.\r\nMust understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.\r\nNon-Essential Functions:\r\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\r\nExperience/Skills:\r\nOne (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience preferred.\r\nCash handling experience preferred.\r\nAbility to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution.\r\nCustomer service and sales oriented.\r\nCareful attention to detail and time management.\r\nGood listening and verbal and communication skills.\r\nGood PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system essential.\r\nAbility to cross-sell bank products and services.\r\nAbility to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs.\r\nAbility to communicate in another language is a plus.\r\nGood organizational skills.\r\nAbility to work in a team atmosphere.\r\nAbility to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.\r\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\r\nEducation:\r\nHigh School Diploma/GED required.\r\nTravel Requirements:\r\nAbility to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, training, seminars, etc.\r\nPhysical Demands:\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
