Wellness /Health Sales and Customer Support
Responsibilities:
-Maintain positive and upbeat environment
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recommend and sell products based on customer needs and preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer and make phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
- Demonstrate product features and provide information
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
