{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d2bcdcc0e1d75de44feef571","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d2bcdcc0e1d75de44feef571","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d2bcdcc0e1d75de44feef571","title":"Pharmaceutical Tech transfer Project Manager","description":"Full Time Contract\nTitle or Role: Project Manager (Tech Transfer)\nLocation: Barceloneta, PR (on-site)\nLength of Contract: Six Months +\n\nPosition Description:\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for end to end leadership of the technology/process/product transfer ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations.\n\nResponsibilities:\nEstablish project governance structure, roles, and escalation paths.\nDevelop and maintain a detailed project plan, milestones, and timeline to support completion.\nFacilitate regular project status reviews with key stakeholders.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\nServe as the primary point of contact with the tech transfer teams, the stakeholders and internal owners\nCoordinate cross functional activities to ensure alignment and timely execution.\nOversee tech transfer mechanisms and the integration of testing activities.\nCoordinate process testing, and deployment activities.\nManage user acceptance testing (UAT).\nEnsure documentation of processes, workflows, and validation.\nFinal project closure report, including lessons learned and handover documentation\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.\n5+ years of experience managing similar implementation projects within FDA regulated facilities.\nPMP certification preferred.\nDeep knowledge of pharma solid manufacturing tech/process/product transfer methodology is a must.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering) preferred.\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nRCM is an equal opportunity employer.
