The Global Operations organization within the Foundry and Construction Sourcing team is seeking a dynamic and driven Materials Program Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management. The Materials Program Manager is an integral connection between the Oregon Factory Stakeholders and the materials suppliers, ensuring availability and cost competitive solutions for spare parts in support of factory operations.\nJob responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nTranslating manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to bills of materials risk assessment/mitigation, inventory health and optimization, streamlined/reliable supply chain and the total cost to business\nDelivering an uninterrupted supply of scope-aligned spare parts to the Technology Development and Fab 25 manufacturing factory in Oregon\nOperationalization of procurement methods to manage and optimize inventory, forecasting, and delivery of materials and/or coordination of supplier labor\nDriving operational response and closure to inventory escalations, inventory risk, and related supply chain impacts\nCoordination and monitoring the acquisition of inventory in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs/projects and ramp readiness for seamless transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)\nClose collaboration with suppliers to manage and execute contractual requirements, perform to KPI metrics, and deliver performance, cost savings, and future operational strategies\nClose collaboration with cross functional staff across project/program management, engineering, supply chain commodity professionals/purchasing and manufacturing teams to define customer demands and material requirements while influencing the supplier and driving planning and procurement activities at both product and cross product platform levels\nEnsuring that bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals are set, accurate, and successfully achieved\nProviding assessments/status to stakeholders at multiple levels, establishes contingency and gap closure plans, and closely monitors program indicators\nAnalyzing data to run daily operations of the supply chain as well as develop and design solutions for complex processes\nDriving standardization of indicators, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency and consistent supply chain inventory solutions\nParticipation in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization\nWorking with cross organizational teams to drive forward looking supply chain solutions\nManaging suppliers to achieve on time delivery and cycle time performance, resolution of material escalations, Bills of Materials (BOM) cost benchmarking/optimization, Engineering Change Order (ECO) change closure, new site startup, and liability settlements\nEnsuring tight linkages to each business unit's production requirements to enable output maximization while balancing cost and inventory control\nThe successful candidate will have demonstrated experience or evidence of using the following skillsets:\nStrong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nExperience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization.\nExperience using SAP data solutions as a procurement or inventory platform\nProven ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.\nAdept at stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.\nAnalytical mindset with experience in advanced data analysis to drive decision-making.\nQualifications:\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
