If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nJob Summary\nThis position assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. He/She is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.\n\nResponsibilities:\nVerifies system downloads.\nIdentifies various service failures and exceptions.\nPrints and distributes multiple daily reports.\nMakes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.\nUtilizes mapping tools.\nPlots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.\nMaintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.\nUtilizes available reports and systems.\nCompletes monthly dispatch audit.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred\nDispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge\nExperience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software\nCustomer-focused with strong planning and organization skills\nFamiliar with package flow technologies - Preferred\nEmployee Type:\nPermanent\nUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.\nOther Criteria:\nUPS is an equal opportunity employer. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
