Job Description Administrative Assistant | Midtown NYCWe are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full time, on site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, executives, and staff in a professional office setting.Schedule, Compensation & BenefitsFull time, salaried positionMonday through Friday9:00 AM to 5:00 PMSalary starting at $70,000+, dependent upon experienceHealth insurance available after 90 daysResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to office leadership and staffAssist the Office Manager with daily operations and office coordinationHandle incoming calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism and strong phone etiquetteAssist with collections follow up, invoice coordination, and administrative trackingMaintain organized filing systems, records, and data entryCoordinate office organization, supplies, and operational support tasksPerform occasional bank deposits and local office errands as neededPrepare documents, scan files, and support reporting and correspondenceHelp maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environmentQualificationsMust be able to type a minimum of 50 WPMPrior experience in Administrative Assistance and/or Executive Administrative SupportExcellent communication skills with a polished and professional demeanorStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and WordQuickBooks experience is a strong plusPrior experience in facilities services, construction, property management, or related industries is a plusAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and assist with occasional errands or office support tasksCollege DegreeWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who presents professionally, communicates clearly, takes initiative, and can confidently support day to day office operations with minimal oversight.
