The team is seeking someone dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn from experienced leadership.Job Description:The Mailroom & Printing Operations Assistant will support daily print production, mailroom services, and general office operations for a busy corporate environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting employees across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Operate digital print and copy equipment, including Canon or similar production machinesProcess print requests submitted electronically and in personSupport incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail distributionCoordinate courier and package deliveries through major shipping providersTroubleshoot minor printer and copier issues and escalate service needs when necessaryAnswer employee questions related to print requests, shipping, and mail proceduresMaintain inventory levels for toner, paper, and mailroom suppliesAssist with meeting setups, office moves, and general facilities support tasksProvide occasional front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phonesMaintain organized workflows and communicate effectively with internal teams Qualifications:1-3+ years of experience in a mailroom, print center, office services, or professional office environmentExperience working with Canon digital press equipment or comparable systems preferredFamiliarity with printer/copier troubleshooting and mail handling proceduresStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn and grow within the organizationSpanish language skills are a plusHigh school diploma or GED required Additional Details:Immediate hiring need with interviews beginning ASAPTeam-oriented environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potentialFully onsite role in Washington, DC Perks:Opportunity for long-term career growth and permanent placementCollaborative and supportive team environmentHands-on training and mentorship from experienced leadershipExposure to facilities, office operations, and workplace services functionsStable weekday schedule with no overnight or weekend requirements
